Through a program called HashMicro Academy, you will be working with a team whose dedication is to realize this vision by providing ERP teaching in high schools and higher education. As an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for designing the curriculum for the students.  


  • Research, produce and deliver high-quality learning assets like training decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, and other supporting content
    Lead Instructors to create materials that meet standards and conduct quality checks

  • Developing Engaging Learning Strategy and Learning design documents with Outcomes, Course Map, Course Overview, Duration, etc.

  • Conduct benchmarking on content quality on a regular basis

  • Direct academic training and workshops to instructors and the entire content team to align standardization

  • Development of ERP training rollout plan, based on established training strategy

  • Develop training materials, and conduct training throughout ERP deployment and rollout

  • Conduct and support ERP ‘Train-the-Trainer’ sessions

  • Develop and oversee production of a classroom setup, instructional materials, and job aids

  • Provide feedback to learners and to Trainers

  • Conduct post-training analysis to determine training effectiveness


  • Bachelor’s degree in training or related field required

  • Minimum 4 years of software training experience required

  • Ability to quickly learn new software packages and be able to design training on them

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally, in writing, and in online environments: the ability to manage, lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings

  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms, including appropriate corporate jargon where applicable

  • Experience with adult learning, instructional design, and best practices in online learning to inform problem-solving, strategic, and programming decisions including maintenance and improvement of assigned curricula

  • Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and work prioritization skills and attention to detail

  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and experience with blended learning

  • Experience developing curricula and related assessment and evaluation plans

  • Ability to provide guidance to staff on training coordination and management
