Offline Marketing Coordinator

  • Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory in the field of marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications or have experience in related fields.

  • Target oriented and detail oriented.

  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.

  • Strong proven leadership.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and content marketing.

  • Have  marketing skill in offline marketing (billboard, car advertising, etc) and are familiar in planning, calculate ROI. 

  • Having connections with offline marketing vendors is a plus.

Jobs Description 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy

  • Evaluate and monitor offline campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing activities such as billboard ads, car branding, and videotron

  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results,  and buying habits in order to create new products or improve existing offerings

  • Develop and manage all internal communication systems and Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the marketing department

  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.

  • Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

  • Collecting customer feedback about existing products and services

  • Continually develop new skills and expertise in communication and media planning

  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

  • Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.

  • Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
